Can I use more than one reward on an order?
It's one reward code per order — reward codes don't combine with each other. Choose your favorite and save the rest for next time (your points aren't going anywhere).
Can I use my points during a sale?
Points and sale pricing don't mix — use whichever saves you more. The one glorious exception is below.
What's the stackable event everyone talks about?
Once a year, during our Black Friday season — it kicks off with the Early Black Friday Preview in November — points go stackable on top of sale prices. That's how the legendary 80%-off hauls happen. When stacking opens, we announce it loudly in email — one more reason to be on the list.
What are double-point days?
A few times a year, every $1 earns 10 points instead of 5 — that's 10% back. It happens automatically; just be signed in when you check out. Double-point days boost earning, not spending — the redemption rules stay the same. The smart play: stock up on points during the boost, then spend them on a full-price day.
Is there a minimum order for point coupons?
Yes — each reward shows its minimum before you redeem: $5 off needs a $15+ cart, $10 off needs $20+, $25 off needs $50+, and $50 off needs $100+. Free shipping (2,500 points) covers standard rates up to $25.
Do tier gift cards follow the same rules?
No — gift cards are treated like payment, not a discount. They work on anything, sale or not, alongside any code. That's what makes them the best perk in the ladder.
What's store credit, and who gets it?
Store credit is our most flexible reward — it behaves like payment, the way gift cards do: no minimum order, valid on sale items, and it stacks with any discount code. Every VIP tier (Citrine and up) can turn points into store credit at 400 points = $1. Diamond members redeem at 200 points = $1 — double the value. Because store credit is this flexible, it costs more points per dollar than the coupon ladder — coupons are the better everyday deal; store credit is for sale hauls and total freedom.
How do I get the free Crystal Tower?
The tower is a Citrine tier gift — spend $500 in a year and it's added to your rewards automatically. It can't be bought with points; it's earned.
When do my points expire?
Points expire on December 31 each year — spend them before the calendar turns. We'll always remind you by email before they go.
