Can I use more than one reward on an order?
It's one reward code per order — reward codes don't combine with each other. Choose your favorite and save the rest for next time (your points aren't going anywhere).
Can I use my points during a sale?
Points and sale pricing don't mix — use whichever saves you more. The one glorious exception is below.
What's the stackable event everyone talks about?
Once a year, during our Black Friday season — it kicks off with the Early Black Friday Preview in November — points go stackable on top of sale prices. That's how the legendary 80%-off hauls happen. When stacking opens, we announce it loudly in email — one more reason to be on the list.
What are double-point days?
A few times a year, every $1 earns 10 points instead of 5 — that's 10% back. It happens automatically; just be signed in when you check out. Double-point days boost earning, not spending — the redemption rules stay the same. The smart play: stock up on points during the boost, then spend them on a full-price day.
Is there a minimum order for point coupons?
Yes — your cart needs to be worth at least double your coupon. A $10 coupon needs a $20+ cart; a $25 coupon needs a $50+ cart.
Do tier gift cards follow the same rules?
No — gift cards are treated like payment, not a discount. They work on anything, sale or not, alongside any code. That's what makes them the best perk in the ladder.
What's store credit, and who gets it?
Store credit redemption is exclusive to Diamond members — our thank-you to the inner circle.
How do I get the free Crystal Tower?
