Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are processed after order has been placed. All sales are made to order so we cannot accommodate changes after order has been placed.
Exceptions
1. If there is any defect in your product, we will ship a replacement and process the return at our cost.
2. If there was damage to your order during shipping, you must document damage BEFORE accepting delivery. The following procedure must be followed upon receipt of product:
* Upon arrival, closely inspect the product, checking for damage. Freight companies have been known to hide the damage within repacked pallets. The driver should provide you a reasonable amount of time to inspect your shipment prior to signing for it. If everything is fine, sign for the product. If you don’t notate damage or missing product, you are forfeiting your right to a claim later.
* If any of the product is damaged, take a picture. Make a note on the shipping paperwork about any damage or missing product. IF YOU DO NOT NOTATE THE DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM.
* For damages, be as specific as possible. If it’s not possible to view the exact damage, make a notation about what is visible (i.e., Box crushed – will report damages later).
* FREIGHT: Report any problems to the shipper, preferably by email, IMMEDIATELY. Copy us on your communication with the shipper. Claims are to be filed DIRECTLY with the shipping company.
