We ship within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. Sometimes that may vary upward to 72 hours if we have a big sale, but we do our best to get your goodies out in a timely manner. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its magical way!

Every crystal we offer is natural and ethically sourced from trusted partners around the world. No dyes, synthetics, or fakes (unless specifically noted or specially requested via custom order) — just pure, earth-grown magic. You can read more on our Ethical Sourcing page.

Due to the nature of our items (especially crystals and ritual tools), all sales are final — but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right.

When your crystal arrives, take a moment to set your intention before anything else. Hold it in your hands, breathe deeply, and visualize what you want this crystal to help you with—whether it’s peace, protection, love, or abundance. All of our crystals are cleansed before shipment but it never hurts to give it a quick cleanse (see below) to clear any energy from its journey.

You can cleanse your crystals in several ways:

• Smoke cleanse with sage, palo santo, or incense.
  
• Sound cleanse using singing bowls or bells.
  
• Moonlight bath by leaving them under the full moon overnight.
  
• Selenite or clear quartz—both naturally cleanse and recharge other stones.
  

Avoid water for soft or porous stones like selenite, malachite, or celestite.

After cleansing, place your crystals in sunlight, moonlight, or on a charging plate made of selenite or quartz. You can also charge them with intention—simply hold them, breathe deeply, and imagine them glowing with fresh, vibrant energy.

Absolutely! Many crystals love working together. For example, rose quartz + amethyst amplifies self-love and calm, while black tourmaline + clear quartz creates powerful protection. Just make sure their energies complement each other and feel balanced when you hold them.

You may notice subtle shifts—better mood, calmer energy, clearer intuition, or even tingling in your palms. Trust your intuition and how the crystal makes you feel. The connection grows over time as you work with it intentionally.

Before you go — remember that crystals are intuitive tools meant to support your energy and intention, not a replacement for medical or professional advice. While I deeply believe in their magic, my lawyer friends insist I remind you that crystals can’t diagnose, treat, or cure anything (even though we both know their energy can feel downright transformative).
