Shipping & Return Policy

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is between 1-3 business days. All items are shipped via USPS unless international or additional upgrade is requested. 


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges

Returns or Exchanges on Klarna Orders

Returns and exchanges on Klarna orders only have a right to return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This is for all items purchased only with Klarna and must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases.
