Gotland Flat Dragon Pendant

The necklace or thread are not included The Gotland collection is a line of handmade jewelry, with extra quality transparent quartz and silver filigree. It is inspired by a 12th century Viking jewel found on the island of Gotland (Sweden), currently on display in the Stockholm History Museum. According to the studies carried out, some of the original lenses have a quality comparable to modern lenses manufactured with high-precision machines. The original jewelry, called Visby lenses, could have been used as reading magnifying glasses, to build telescopes, to make fire, burn wounds and as amulets.
